Ah, Lord Tyrannus Barren.

The name evokes so much: reverie, resentment, deference, malevolence … stress-related migraines …

To his loyal minions, abused servants and pitied enemies he is the ultimate Evil Lord, Yet to me, his loyal hand-maiden, he is at all times, my most estimable and sociopathic suzerain and ”The Boss”.

My care of Lord Barren is three-fold. First, I am bound to the Lord to keep him mentally fit, ready for any insurgence, intimately irritable and ridiculously riotous. One of the ways in which this is achieved is that I provide the unattainable “eye-candy” for the castle at all times making certain that the Lord remains in a constant state of frustration. Secondly, I make certain that surprise drill attacks are regularly spaced and viciously violent so that my Master is ready to take on any intruder at any time. Lastly, I run the castle, take care of the moat, the dogs and the alligators and most importantly assist My Liege in all of his evil plans.

That, my friends is my sole purpose, my reason for being and clearly my own personal explanation of “Stockholm Syndrome”.
